Get your groups ready to launch
Your installation quote covers a defined setup: organization and group configuration, one clean CSV import, administrator training, and one workflow review. We agree on the number of groups, training sessions, and deliverables with you.
Custom integrations, extensive data cleanup, and bespoke development require a separate scope. Expanding your network does not automatically mean paying a full installation fee for every new group.

What counts as an operating group?
A chapter, peer board, club, location, or recruiting office with its own roster and responsible leader. Your agreement names the groups covered under your authority. Members, public event guests, chat channels, and committees are not separately billed groups.
Is this a price per group or per member?
Each band is the total subscription price for the covered groups, not a per-group or per-member charge. A group covered by its parent network agreement is not charged a second local subscription for that same coverage.
Can we start with a few groups and expand?
Yes. Begin with the groups you are ready to launch. Moving into a higher band increases the total package price; annual upgrades are prorated for the remaining term. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Any additional installation work is scoped and quoted before it begins.
What stays free?
Core chat, events, public RSVP, attendance and check-in, and points stay free. A commercial proposal defines the paid workflow, rollout, and supported groups. Recruitment and cross-group reporting are planned; your quote confirms what is available at activation.
Does this change Greek life pricing?
No. These packages are for commercial business networks. Existing Greek life and institutional pricing and commitments remain separate. Contact us to confirm the right program for your organization.

AI agents are on the roadmap. Timing, scope, and pricing are not yet set, and AI agents are not included in the prices shown here.
