For business referral networks and membership organizations

One home for every chapter, office, and board in your network.

CliqWave runs the same product that already powers student-organization chapters on multiple campuses. It is built out for the local groups inside a business referral network, executive peer program, coworking community, private club, or agent network. Communication, events, roles, and accountability in one place, so members know what's next and leaders know who's following through.

When a network runs on scattered group chats, follow-through slips

A referral network, peer group, or membership community only works if the local groups inside it actually run: meetings happen, visitors get followed up with, and members stay engaged between events. When that lives in group texts, personal spreadsheets, and one leader's memory, it depends entirely on that one person, and it falls apart the moment they get busy or step down.

CliqWave gives every chapter, office, or board a shared home for communication, events, and accountability, so the group keeps running the same way no matter who is leading it this quarter.

CliqWave combines:

  • Group Chat + Announcements keep meeting details, visitor follow-up, and updates from getting buried in a personal group chat.
  • Events + QR Check-In handle meeting RSVPs, guest sign-in, and attendance without a separate sign-in sheet.
  • Points + Accountability make participation and follow-through visible to group leadership.
  • Roles + Multi-Group Oversight help define the right access for group leaders. Cross-group reporting for regional owners and HQ is planned.

Free to start. The same product already running with real chapters today. It is not a prototype.

How we launch with a new network

We help the first group get organized quickly, then bring the rest of the network on at your pace.

  1. Kickoff & setup

We help you set up your first operating groups (chapters, offices, boards, or locations), invite leaders, and configure roles so the structure matches how your network actually runs.

  2. Launch communication & events

Announcements, chat, and events go live first. Members get one place to see what's happening and RSVP; leaders see who showed up.

  3. Grow into accountability & oversight

Add points-based accountability as the group settles in, then expand to additional groups with agreed leadership access. Cross-group reporting is planned.

FAQ

Common questions from business networks

Short answers for network operators, regional owners, and group leaders evaluating CliqWave.

Is CliqWave only for Greek life and student organizations?

No. CliqWave was built first for fraternity and sorority chapters, and the same group-operations engine now supports business referral networks, executive peer advisory groups, coworking membership communities, private clubs, and real estate brokerage networks.

What counts as a group on CliqWave?

An operating group is any chapter, peer board, club, location, or office with its own roster and a responsible leader. Members and public event guests do not count toward group-based pricing.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Core chat, events, attendance and check-in, and points stay free. Commercial packages start at $149 per month for one operating group, plus a separately quoted one-time installation fee. Recruitment and cross-group reporting are planned; your proposal confirms available paid capabilities and activation timing.

Does CliqWave replace our CRM or membership database?

Not yet. CliqWave runs day-to-day group communication, events, and member accountability today. Our recruiting feature is coming very soon. Schedule a demo to learn what is coming and how it could fit alongside your current CRM or membership database.

How fast can we get a group live?

Most groups can be set up and communicating within a day. We stay close through the first few weeks to help leaders build the habit.
